ATV Trip to Hatfield McCoy Trails
May 15th - 18th
Trip:
Some will be leaving Thursday morning, some will be leaving Thursday after work. We will be staying at the Rockhouse Depot. Riding Thursday and Friday somewhere and on Saturday we will ride at Browning Fork trail system. Head home on Sunday morning.
I have room for 33 people at the Depot. I will require a $40.00 per person deposit. This has to be paid by February 1st. Once you have paid I will put your name on the list. I will only take money after February 1st if I still have room, no guarantee that there will be room for you. The total will be between $70.00 and $80.00, this is for all nights. They have raised the rates a little bit since November so I will have a final total once I know how many are going. The balance of the money will be due two weeks before we leave. This will make it easier for me to pay for the Depot when we get there. If you have NOT paid you will NOT be going. You have to pay before we get there!

I have setup a forum where you can get the latest information on the trip and who is going. Click here to access the forum. You can create your own user id and password and login and post information or ask questions. If you need help access this site let me know.
Not sure what we will do for food, any ideas? Do we want to make a food list and each person can pick something off the list to bring?
